We started out with two days in Riley Creek Campground, near the entrance to the park and its main visitor center. It’s a nice National Park campground with no hookups but a dump station with potable water as well as showers and a small store.

Heading to the Last Frontier – First 2 Days on the Alaska Highway
We left Dawson Creek early in the morning after buying some last-minute supplies the night before, knowing that towns would be few and far between the further we got up the highway.
